No refund will be issued in the event of courses or lessons being cancelled by the customer within a 7 day period prior to the lesson date.
Teaching by other than Ski Centre Staff is not permitted.
Suffolk Ski Centre reserves the right to alter prices or rearrange or cancel lessons without prior notice.
If a course still runs with reduced numbers then the duration will be amended.
Suffolk Ski Centre accepts no responsibility for personal injury or loss or damage to personal property whilst on ski centre premises.
All Clients using the Ski Centre are required to strictly follow the Safety Code. All users have a duty to take reasonable care to avoid injury to themselves and other slope users. Any client failing to do this will be removed from the slope without refund.
No refund will be offered as a result of mechanical failure of any uplift facility.
Lessons & Recreational skiing & snowboarding go on at all times regardless of weather conditions unless Centre staff deems it unsafe to continue.
