Declaration Form, Terms and Conditions
The use of the slope for skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing and the climbing wall and the various high ropes elements are by nature physical and demanding sports, which obviously have inherent hazards associated with them.
Whilst Suffolk Ski Centre will take all necessary precautions to try and ensure safety of all participants, unfortunately accidents will occur in consequence. If an accident is to occur the parent / guardian will be notified and course of action decided.
To warn you, the toboggans/ringos may swerve during decent. The lift is used for assistance on the ringos. This can be physically challenging; should you find this difficult we recommend using the steps. You may get wet whilst participating in some activities. If you are not comfortable with this then we advise you do not participate.
The management accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or injury resulting from any persons involvement in the use of the slopes or high ropes, except where the loss or injury is the result of negligence of Suffolk Ski Centre staff.
No refunds can be issued. If cancellations are made you may write to request a credit note; decisions will be made by the manager after review.
If the centre has to cancel the course due to lack of numbers a full refund will be issued.
Book early to avoid disappointment!
